Equipment: LotusGrill, Teppanyaki Plate or LotusGrill frying pan
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh baby Bok Choy
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients (excluding the Bok Choy) together in a bowl
- Divide the Bok Choy into two parts
- Wash properly and dry with a paper towel
- Marinate them with all the marinade
- Ignite your LotusGrill and put on your teppanyaki plate or frying pan
- When the plate or frying pan are super-hot, place the Bok Choy inside down first on the plate or pan
- They will start to sizzle and turn them over using a LotusGrill tong
- Serve them hot
- Enjoy!
